The Hopper Prize – Grants for Artists
The Hopper Prize (USA) is a grant-making institution and digital archiving platform offering a series of individual artist grants on a bi-annual basis. Provided are unrestricted cash grants in the amount of $3,500 and $1,000 to artists around the globe.
The Hopper Prize is accepting submissions for $3,500 and $1,000 artist grants. They will be providing 6 grants totaling $11,000 USD. 2 artists will each receive $3,500 and 4 artists will each receive $1,000. This is an international open call.
Eligibility: All media is eligible. Submissions will be juried by curators from The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York City and North Carolina Museum of Art. Additional exposure is available via a 30 artist shortlist, online journal publication, & Instagram features currently reaching an audience over 115k. visual artists age 18 and older
What you get: 2 artists will each receive $3,500 and 4 artists will each receive $1,000.
Fee: $40 to submit 10 artworks
